I’m curious how other Troops are approaching the Annual Planning Conference for the upcoming year.  My troop typically splits it into 2 or 3 PLC meetings over the summer and discuss vision, goals, and specific activities to get on the calendar.  With so much uncertainty about group gatherings, I’m trying to determine what to suggest to the Scouts.

Sean,
This is a great question. While I might not be the best person to ask on this, I might suggest bringing this topic to our August 13th Round Table. My best attempt at answering this would be to plan on having virtual activities until the end of September. It appears as if the Alameda County Health Orders are constantly changing so you must keep those in mind as well and those orders should ultimately dictate what you can/cannot do.
