Signatures required for recharter process

I finalized and submitted the roster through recharter online system.  Executive Officer approved it online as well. Do I still need to obtain signatures from executive officer as well as charter organization representative for the following forms? Or I can just bring these forms directly to district turn-in event and get them signed at the turn-in events? Thank you!

  1. New Adult Leader Form
  2.  Recharter Agreement Form

  1. New Adult Leader Form => proper name is Adult Leader Application – yes need COR’s signature, not EO
  2. Recharter Agreement Form => proper name is Annual Charter Agreement – yes need EO’s signature, not COR’s
