Is there a list of Merit Badge Counselors for the District or Council published? Some of the scouts in our troop are looking for contacts.

We no longer publish a printed list of Merit Badge Counselors. Instead an accurate up to the minute list is maintained on Scoutbook. Any Scoutmaster or Advancement Chair can see this list. After you login to Scoutbook, click on Dashboard, your Unit (if you have multiple), then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on “MB Counselor List”
