Are we supposed to print and fill in the JTE award order form located at this link, and turn it in with the signed scorecard? Also, do all of our scouts and leaders get a patch? https://www.scouting.org/awards/journey-to-excellence/journey-to-excellence-award-order-forms/

For JTE you need to complete the Scorecard or Worksheet, print it out, and review it with your Unit Commissioner. Then you turn in this printed copy with your recharter paperwork. You do NOT need to fill out an order form. Instead, if you want the patches, bring a copy of your completed Scorecard or Worksheet to the Scout Shop in San Leandro to buy the patches you need for your youth and adults.
