Hello,
I have already finalized my roster through the Internet rechartering and I learned that one scout is moving away and won’t remain with our troop next year after all. Is there still an opportunity to remove a scout from the roster after it has been finalized through the Internet rechartering process.

Once you have finalized and SUBMITTED your roster in step 5 online, you cannot electronically modify it. So, simply take the final print out and neatly modify it by crossing out anyone who changed their mind or adding anyone who joined at the last minute. Do the same on both the roster list page and the payment page.
