This answer is to assist a unit in transitioning from another 3rd party application to Scoutbook.
Your unit roster Scouts and Adults should already be in Scoutbook. Also any advancements your unit has previously reported to SFBAC via Internet Advancement should also already be in Scoutbook. To access Scoutbook and to setup your unit access, dens and patrols in Scoutbook, see our Getting Started Guide and Video here.
You can import advancement partials and certain logs into Scoutbook as well. See the guide here. Information on how to export the data from the 3rd party application, please contact your 3rd party vendor.
