From Visa  : Would like to learn more on how to mark advancement for AOLs moving out – is it on Scoutbook or Internet Advancement?

If your Pack already successfully uses Scoutbook to track advancement, then record AOL in Scoutbook.  If your Pack uses an advancement tracking tool other than Scoutbook, then you must go through the additional step of uploading your advancement records from your tool of choice to the National Database using the portal named “Internet Advancement”.
