Is it possible to add new committee members after the rechartering is complete or is Rechartering the only time we can add new adults for ‘Committee member’ positions. (Or any other positions in the troop in general).

You can add Adults and Youth any time during the year. Simply fill out the proper application plus for Adults provide proof of YPT & the signed Additional Criminal Background Check Authorization. Give this paperwork plus the applicable National dues to either your District Director (Mike Charlesworth) or District Commissioner (Steve Conn).
