Summary
- Recharter packets are coming it, but with errors
- DRMs must check the status report and work with Units to correct errors
- GGAC Board Resolutions on YPT + AB506 compliance
Issues
- None that we are aware of.
Recharter
- Several Units have turned in their recharter packets, but many with errors.
- Remember the system checks the rosters with respect to the national YPT rule, not the stricter GGAC one. Also, the system has no knowledge of the local CA AB506 law. Therefore, the registrar manually checks recharter packets against the two rules mentioned above
- If a packet is NOT in compliance with the rules above, the registrar lists what is wrong in this shared spreadsheet.
- You as the DRM's must check this spreadsheet and work with your Units to get resolved. We are still working out the process to inform you when one of your units drops into this category.

- The next report should be published in early December
Timeline
- 12/14 - GGAC Deadline for all Units to be submitted
- Note some districts have set an earlier deadline on their own
- 12/29 - Deadline for Registrar to have completed or returned with errors all Rechater ePackets
