Summary

• In November we made slight progress. However, we have a very long way to go.
• We are no further behind than last year, but this means we are on track for a disaster in December.
• Please continue to encourage your Units to submit their recharter packets soon and not wait until late December.

Issues

• None that we are aware of.

Recharter

• In the first two weeks of November we made a bit of progress:
  • 1 more Unit was successfully submitted and got "Posted"
  • 1 more Unit progressed to "On Hold" in the registrar's queue
  • ~50 more Units began the online process
  • But, 255 Units (62%) still have NOT logged into the recharter system to get started
• Recharter status report as of 11/13

YPT

• In the first two weeks of November we made a bit of progress on YPT:
  • 525 people/positions (7%) retook YPT
  • But, we still have 4650 people/positions (61%) that need to retake YPT

AB506

• Current 11/2 AB 506 reports posted on Dropbox

Timeline

• 12/14 - GGAC Deadline for all Units to be submitted
  • Note some districts have set an earlier deadline on their own
• 12/29 - Deadline for Registrar to have completed or returned with errors all Rechater ePackets
