• Doing well for the first 30 days
• 4 Units pre-posted
• 2 Ships, 1 Post, and 1 Troop in Peralta
• 3 Units on hold/in queue
• 93 (26%) Units have started (all districts are represented)
• 304 (74%) Units have not started
• Recharter status report as of 10/31

YPT

• A long way to go, 68% remaining
• More than twice as many were completed in Oct as in Sept
• YPT status report as of 10/31

• Doing better than YPT, 66% completed
• But, not much progress in the past 3 weeks (113 completions)
• Current reports posted on Dropbox

Issues

1. Possible issue with marking an adult as "multiple". The reporting Unit is still trying workarounds. If any of your Units can successfully mark an Adult as Multiple or can confirm the error, please let Steve Conn know.

Timeline

• 12/14 - Deadline for all Units to be submitted
• 12/29 - Deadline for Registrar to have completed or returned with errors all Rechater ePackets
