Summary
- In the first few weeks, we have made some measurable progress:
- AB506:
- 8% improvement in total completions Sept => Oct;,
- At 67% complete on 10/6
- YPT:
- 18% improvement in Sept +Oct
- At 28% complete on 10/20
- Recharter:
- 18 of 31 = 58% of our units successfully logged into the system
- On track
- No reported issues or unforeseen situations
- A long way to go
- Continued focus will be needed
Details
- We get fresh AB506 reports run manually by our dedicated volunteer, Bob Carns.
- YPT reports can be run on demand by any Unit Key3, plus a few Unit Leaders, and most District Staff members
- A 10/20 GGAC report is posted here for your detailed digging
- A Recharter Status Report can be run by any Commissioner as well as most District Staff members.
Timeline
- 07/02 - Team formed
- 08/02 - Communication began & will continue twice monthly
- 10/02 - National tool opened
- 12/14 - Deadline for all Units to be submitted
- 12/29 - Deadline for Registrar to have completed or returned with errors all Rechater ePackets
