Recharter

• Recharters are due no later than Tues 11/30
• The new stricter GGAC YPT rules will be in enforced.
• One of the Key3 or a Key3 delegate must process the online recharter
• A Zoom call is required with Steve before submitting to COR
• The COR or COR Delegates will approve online
• Payments will be online
• ~ 50% of our units have begun & none are complete

YPT

• One change that affects all registered Adult Leaders is the stricter rule that the GGAC Board of Directors adopted this past April regarding YPT. This rule was in effect when we all recharted as members of the District this summer.
  • At recharter time, all Adults wishing to be included must have a YPT certificate that is valid for the entire period of the new charter.
• For the 2022 Unite Recharter, this translates to adults needing to have NO expiration dates in 2022 and having expiration dates on or beyond 1/1/23

Membership

• In late September, GGAC activated the ability to accept online Adult Applications. When someone submits an electronic Adult Application it must be electronically approved by either the COR or the COR Delegate.
  • We should press to get COR Delegates assigned and train CORs how to approve online applications

Roundtable

• Nov – a talk from EBRPD
• Dec – social event at Swiss Park
• Jan – STEM at Swiss Park
• Need your feedback on desired topics for future Roundtable meetings.
