Every time I enter a Zoom meeting, I click these settings:
- Mute my audio (if not already done so by the facilitator as a default)
- Click on the Chat icon to open the chat window
- Click on the Participants icon to open the participants window
- Exit Full Screen to combine the 3 windows (Video, Chat, & Participants)
- Click on Speaker View/Gallery View a few times and leave it in the Gallery View if several people are talking or Speaker View if primarily one person is speaking.
