Mission Peak Scouting For Food

- Donate funds online directly to the Food Bank. With the Food Bank’s bulk buying power, they can purchase $7 worth of food for each $1 donation.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no door hangers will be provided this year.
- There will two drop-off points open on Saturday 11/14, 9 am – 1 pm.
- Holy Spirit Church, 37588 Fremont Blve, Fremont (enter on Parish Ave)
- JC Imports & Exports, 34015 7th St, Union City (the same place where popcorn is distributed)
- Individual donors are asked to drive to that site where staff will unload donations of canned food and gently used clothing. The canned food will be delivered to the Alameda County Community Food Bank in Oakland. This is the same organization that we have partnered with for many years. The clothing will be handled by JC Imports & Exports. They have a charity program and will distribute the items in Mexico.

- There will be no planned activities for units on either day, 11/07 or 11/14.
