GGAC NYLT is excited to welcome the next generation of leaders in scouting! Participants learn how to be a leading influence in their own unit; discovering resources, methods, games and new skills to make unit meetings, treks and other activities more exciting and worthwhile. They also develop skills that help them emerge as leaders outside their units – at school and in the community.

Our course is back and better with 3 linked courses this year, and has more spots for females than any other NYLT course in the nation! Female troops are encouraged to send all their eligible participants. Scouts who aren’t already but will reach first class by June 9th are also encouraged to join.
