Mission Peak District is GROWING!
Scouts, leaders, and volunteers, thank you for everything you’re doing to grow Scouting in Mission Peak!
Great News!
Mission Peak currently serves 2,047 youth, which puts us 95 Scouts ahead of where we finished 2025. That’s an impressive 4.9% growth over last year’s year-end membership!
Recruitment is Up!
During our fall recruitment season (August through October), Mission Peak welcomed 259 new youth, compared to 247 last year, an increase of 12 new Scouts!
While many organizations are struggling to attract youth, Mission Peak is continuing to introduce more families to the adventure, leadership, and character-building experiences that Scouting provides.
Across the council, we’re in the “Race to 1,000” and every new Scout counts. Mission Peak is helping lead the way, but we’re not done yet!
Our Focus for November
To keep our momentum going, let’s focus on two simple goals:
- Welcome new families and invite friends to join Scouting
- Help current families complete their renewals so every Scout can continue their journey
Mission Peak currently has 49 youth eligible to renew before December 1, and every renewal helps strengthen our district.
