The process for signing up as a Merit Badge Counselor is now primarily online
Much like the blue card, paper and pdf MBC applications are going the way of the dodo and with the new online process, changes have been made.
- The site to apply can be found here.
- There is a video guide on how to apply on the page.
- Merit Badge Counselor training is now required to register as one.
- YPT certification needs to be through to the end of the current recharter period.
- You must confirm that you have completed bot AB506 Training and LiveScan Fingerprinting.
