Beautiful three course Mediterranean Cuisine being served at the Mission Peak Volunteer Appreciation Award Dinner!

Scout Chef Charlie Mabie has put together a gorgeous three course meal for all those attending tomorrow's Mission Peak Volunteer Appreciation.


  • Hummus made from scratch served with fresh pita bread

  • Homemade Green Salad with a delicious combination of toppings

  • Baked Chicken with a beautiful blend of lemon, dill, and garlic seasoning

  • Orzo Pasta with Sun-Dried tomatoes

  • Roasted Spiced (but not too spicy) Mediterranean vegetables which include Squash, Eggplant, Onion, Root Vegetables, Brussel Sprouts, Bell Peppers and more

  • Chef's Choice of flavorful Dessert

* Everything is vegan except the chicken
