Gardening and Weeding opportunity available to Scouts for Service Hours

There is a woman who has a disabled sister who lives in a house where the property has cropped up a lot of weeds.  They are not tall but there are many weeds on the lawn. Her gardener has recently retired and she can no longer get down and pull them so she has reached out to the Scouts for assistance for help for her elderly sister.
The sister doesn’t own a lawnmower but they are going to ask a neighbor if he would mind running his mower over her small lawn.  They are only concerned with the visible weeds, not the ones hidden under bushes and such.  After that, they plan to spray and hopefully they won’t come back and we will be able to maintain it.
