Booth at Fremont Festival of the Arts was a resounding success!

A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who made this possible. We managed to have a significant presence at the festival, promoting Scouting and all our units from Mission Peak. With two Raingutter Regattas and a bean bag toss game, we became a notable attraction in the kid’s city section of the festival. Numerous families visited the booth to learn about our programs. They were delighted to find out that girls now play an integral role in our Scouting family and expressed interest in attending a BSA event or open house to learn more. Additionally, alumni Scouters, Eagle Scouts, and retired leaders stopped by, all thrilled to see that Mission Peak Scouters remain as active and robust as ever.

This achievement was made possible by the dedication of over 40 adults and 50 scouts who volunteered their time and efforts. Thank you!

We hope that this will lead to a renewed interest in the Scouting programs and a successful recruitment season for all our units.
