The Advancement Records for the Arrow of Light Scouts MUST be recorded by National BEFORE the youth is registered in the Scouts BSA Unit. This is critical! As soon as the youth is registered in the Scouts BSA unit, it is no longer possible to record the Arrow of Light with National.
- Regrettably, last year we counted 5 or 6 Packs which showed no Arrow of Light Scouts in their advancement even though the Packs did have Arrow of Light Scouts. The Pack just failed to record their advancement before they were registered in the Scouts BSA units.
