We have received reports of the weekly MP News Flash with all the Mission Peak News you need ending up in Junk Mail before you have seen it. The MP Flash is issued each Thursday at 12 noon.
To prevent Outlook putting it in the Junk folder, check your Junk Mail folder. If it is there “right click” the email and select “Junk” and “Never Block Sender”. Note that the MP Flash appears to come from Steve Conn, however, it is really coming from “Steve Conn ” which is why Outlook thinks it is Junk. Then move the document to the Inbox.
Another alternative is to add the email address as a contact. Open the email, and right click on the email address. Add to contracts. That is supposed to work and might be a good way to avoid this annoyance. But make sure to change the name to something other than Steve Conn. Perhaps Steve Conn (MP Flash)!!
