Camporee

Ride the time warp to the days where axes reigned supreme and structures were lashed together.  Be a pioneer!  Show off your Pioneering and Cooking Skills. All the troops in Mission Peak are invited to spend the weekend at Rancho Los Mochos near Livermore and compete on Outdoor Skills. The Troops will be participating in group and individual competitions such as “Knot Master” contest, “Best Campfire Skit”, “Golden Spoon (Cooking)”, “Golden Axe (Demonstrate axe, knife, and saw skills), and Pioneering competition. There will be a traditional campfire with skits, jokes, and songs; so start thinking them up. Typically held in the spring starting on Friday at dinner time through Sunday breakfast.
