Inviting 6th to 8th Grade Boy Scouts who would be interested in joining the Club 700 ( Makai – Maritime Explorers Club ), a Sea Scout unit registered w/ Mission Peak District.
Key Benefits:
- Aquatic fun activities ( Kayak, Sailing, Rowing etc )
- Earn two Aquatic Merit Badges for FREE
- Learn Sea Scout Skills: Knots, Rope Climbing, Breeches Buoy, Ring Buoy, Compass, Heaving Line, Scuttlebutt, Radio Communication, Marlinspike, Bosun’s Chair
- Participate in Regatta ( Camporee ) in April – Seafarers Regatta @ Martinez
- Participate in Cruise (SF Fleet Week, Lighted Yacht Parade – Based on availability)
- Optional: Join the Weekly Online Class – Thursday 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
