In keeping with an over 50 year tradition, early Saturday morning the scouts and scouters of Scouts BSA Troop 447 and Troop 2447 ensured that American Flags decorated the graves to honor all the veterans at Cedar Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Careful planning by troop leadership with the mortuary staff ensured the safety of all participants. The facility was closed to all visitors while the scouts were present. Scouts wore masks, worked in family groups, disinfected and sanitized hands frequently. Click here for photos of event.
