3/8 – Tree Planting Volunteer Opportunity in a Newark Park

Urban Forest Friends will be working with the City of Newark to plant fifteen (15) new trees at Mayhews Landing Park. Tell your family and friends, all are welcome. This is your opportunity to learn about how to properly plant trees, earn volunteer hours and help your community.

No previous experience necessary! We’ll bring all the tools and supplies – just bring yourself, some water, and wear sturdy closed-toe shoes. Must be 14+ to volunteer.
