As fall recruiting season heats up, the challenge turns into engaging new parents so that they support and enhance your unit and build them into a strong leadership team. In this month’s roundtable, we will share some of the latest guidance coming from National on how to engage new parents and how to build a strong sustainable leadership team for your unit. We will discuss this topic from both a Cub Scout and a Scout’s BSA perspective.
